Pamela was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend her. Even though my insurance need was relatively small, she researched it thoroughly and presented me with a variety of options, even introducing me to some new ones that a previous broker had not mentioned. We worked together remotely and she made herself available at times that suited my schedule, which as a busy working mom, I really appreciated. I had many detailed questions, which Pamela answered promptly and thoroughly. In a world where buying insurance can feel like entering into the Old Boys' Club, Pamela was a breath of fresh air. I contacted Pamela based on a referral and I am very glad I did! Pamela was wonderful to deal with working around your schedule rather than only during business hours which was very helpful when you have young kids!
